Sheena-Lauren is a former Australian 400m sprinter who trained at an elite level for 9 years. After leaving sprinting behind, Sheena-Lauren realised her dream of empowering women and helping them become the best versions of themselves. Now Sheena-Lauren is not only an commended Personal Trainer and Group Instructor but is also head trainer at Women’s Health and Fitness Magazine and has proudly created the Warrior training guides, which provide total mind, body and overall health tips and guidance.
Nathan Burgess has been an accredited Personal Trainer for over 7 years and has a great passion for helping people achieve their health and fitness goals. Nathan was a professional athlete for 11 years with a forte in Javelin. His love for Javelin saw Nathan be a 5 time major champion, and 4 time Australian representative. Not only is Nathan passionate about Health and Fitness but he also worked in Africa at a Wildlife Sanctuary looking after the ‘big cats’ in the reserve and helping the local community. Nathan is an accredited trainer in boxing, is a body weight instructor, a track and field coach and holds qualifications in strength and conditioning training.
Sheena-Lauren and Nathan’s expertise and passion for helping and empowering people radiates through everything they do!

We welcome people from all fitness levels and will be there to help you whether you are at the beginning or peak of your health and fitness journey. Your program will be designed to cater for your level of fitness and it will be your choice as to either train hard all week or just join in on the training that suits you.

Our home in Bali is the Komune Resort and Spa; an eco-friendly and health focused resort perfect for our fitness retreat! Komune Resort is blessed with hypnotising views and uninterrupted ocean vistas. Stare in amazement at the majestic Keramas surf break, which provides the most stunning backdrop to your Warrior Retreat experience.
With state of the art facilities, the new yoga and functional training hub at our fitness HQ has everything you need for a healthy and positive getaway.
We have taken care of every aspect of your experience to provide you with a well-rounded program no matter your fitness level or goals. The brand new fitness studio is flooded with natural light, fully air conditioned and decked out with the latest machines as well as TRX, Bosu, Zumba, a cycle spin room and plenty of free-weights. Swim some laps in the private 25m training pool and re-energize in the Spa and Wellness Centre.
You will eat like a King or Queen with our Executive Chef bringing his worldwide experience to create deliciously healthy dishes for your stay, including an array of healthy juices and sumptuous meals, delicious seafood, authentic pizzas, fresh salads and more; most of which is supplied from the on-site organic garden or sourced locally.
